LEADERSHIP
Jeff Hughes
President
As founder and president of Marketview, Jeff oversees all aspects of the business, including strategy development, project management and client relationships.
Prior to Marketview he was partner at CCRG | Metro Insight, a market research data analytics company, and served 13 years as managing director at Hawkeye | Mosaic Marketing, a leading customer communications firm focused on the banking and brokerage industries.
As vice president and general manager of direct marketing at Saatchi & Saatchi Business Communications, Jeff’s responsibilities included leading the Prudential, Kodak, Equitable, PaineWebber and United Healthcare accounts. He began his career at M&T Bank, where he held management positions in marketing communication, product management and research.
Jeff currently serves on the Build Promise committee for St. Luke’s Mission, and was previously board chair for Trocaire College, and president of the Batavia Development Corporation. He holds an M.A. and B.A. in Economics from SUNY Buffalo, and a B.S. in Information Systems Management from Buffalo State University.
Kathleen Hurley
Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
Kathy is an experienced operations manager who previously served as vice president of fraud prevention at M&T Bank, where her team prevented tens of millions of dollars in check fraud annually.
At Marketview, Kathy is responsible for finance, project management and quality control. Her past volunteer activities include serving as a religious education instructor at Saints Peter and Paul Church, and as vice president at the Amherst Skating Club.
Kathy graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration, and an M.B.A. from Canisius University.
